I noticed that you're sorry/not sorry for your poor customer service - you're only sorry that you experienced phone problems. Please note that the same thing happened at the 2nd house yesterday - only it gets worse. No appt was set up at all so no one was home. Really? The tech called to say he would do the outside and would have the office call to reschedule. (If they can't figure out how to SCHEDULE in the first place, how are they suddenly going to figure out the concept of RESCHEDULING?! The biggest problem is, there are security cameras that show he spent a total of 9 minutes from the time he pulled up until the time he drove away. He never went to the front yard or the front motion camera would have picked it up. I sure hope your phones are fixed because you can bet I will be calling for my money back. You're always spot-on with charging me. That's for sure.
