  • We called to check for availability and were told that they could take us in 20min. We walked in and were told "so sorry. 15 extra minutes." Fine, we though. So we sat and sat and sat and sat. 35min later, they show us to some seats an then we sat and sat and sat again. I sat in pedicure chairs, in water, for 45min. Not kidding. From the moment we walked in, it took them 75min to get someone to me. I then proceeded to get a bad mani/pedi. The toenail on my left big toe was cut so short that it hurts. My fingers barely look like any work was done on them. At the end I just wanted to get out. The only good thing they did was scrub the hell out of my feet. My heels feel good.
