  • They just want your business without helping with the customer's situations and problems. I got the wrong prescription from the optometrist . I already paid my bill (couple of hundred dollars) to Good Eyes Optical. After, I got my new prescription and gave it to them for a redo. When I thought that they were going to fix it, they didn't redo the glasses to fix the prescription . They said unless I can pay more for my lenses.
