I took my car to Dr auto on Ann rd (just so there is no confusion when you search your database) because my wireless control module went out and I couldn't start my car. Dr auto performed a diagnostic on it and It was replaced by Dr auto but they needed a PIN # to be put into the wireless control module along with programming the key to make it work so they said we need have a locksmith do it. They called the locksmith and he couldn't do it. Then they said it had to go to Chrysler and we could pick it up there when done. Went to Chrysler and the car wouldn't start. My husband called dr auto and they told him to open the hood and mess with a yellow fuse and then it will start. It worked but I still was not satisfied because we had paid them. Took the car back to dr auto they ran another diagnostic and said it was the key and we need a locksmith to program the key but that we would have to open the hood and mess with that yellow fuse to make it Start if it continues not to start. To me they should have said mentioned this before we had the work done. We have used them before and we're happy with the service before but not this time it's an epic fail on their part. Just so we are clear when you read this dr auto its invoice#000062158 and if you want to talk how about you call me so you can fix this it's on you not me
