  • This apartment complex gets 1 star, only because of how friendly the neighbors were. The ceilings are low, the appliances are outdated, the carpet is old and very cheap because it peels at the edges. The kitchen barely had counter space and they give you this thick packet on how to take care of a wall paper counter top. The bathroom is really small and gets moldy. The ventilation...there is no ventilation! Our room was always hot. The front rooms aren't big enough for a nice furniture set. Once we moved out, they took painting out of our deposit for a total of $240!!! Out of a deposit of over $700!!!! All of these apartments needs to be renovated with new tile and nicer carpet throughout! Bathrooms need to be gutted out and redone. It's 2018 and these apts look like they belong in That 70s Show! Rent is not cheap! We even paid some months early and but never late!!! The manager of the complex doesn't care, beware of the vendors that she works with! I don't recommend anyone to move here, these way better places!
