  • Horrible experience!! The front desk people kept changing the wait time. What I was originally told would be a 20 wait turned out to be over 90 minutes. I kept checking back after every 20 minutes as was instructed. The last time a different person greeted me and told me to sign in again. I said that I have already done that over an hour again. Another person told her I was correct. Still she was rude telling me to sit. I didn't want to but she insisted as if I was a dog. Sit down!! Anyway then she kept telling me if I didn't sit I would lose my place. What's wrong with standing near the door anyway? She kept also calling me by a name that wasn't mine. She screamed at me with this name when it belonged to a young boy about to have his hair cut. He seemed every upset to hear his name yelled out. Anyway, the cut was just passable. I won't be treated like a dog again at this place. No one should ever be treated this way.
