  • The office staff, tech and physician were all very professional. This review is for their billing department. 10 months after my original USG and procedures, I received a bill from collection agency, and the annoying phone calls started. After 5 phone calls with numerous supervisors and managers (imagine all the wasted time, once onhold for 40 minutes), it turned out someone in Simon Med got my address wrong, I've only received part of the bills (which is very bizarre). After some manager promised to fix the problem finally, another bill from collection agency arrived. Again, after another 25 minutes on hold, back and forth, I was told the manager went home, and I have to call back. I have never not pay my bills and had to deal with collection agency, this is humiliating, and not to say what damage it has to my credit scores. So far, no one in Simon Med has apologized for their wrong doings and the stress they put their costomer through. My advice, go to Valley Radiology.
