  • Exceptionally unhappy with the service here. Came in to have a plantar wart treated after countless rounds of freezing, scraping, and over-the-counter treatments did nothing. The treatment of choice at this clinic is called the 'YAG Laser', which I had read online was supposed to be very effective in treating plantar warts. But let me tell you, it was the worst pain of my life. I had the treatment twice (each time about a month apart) and not only did the wart not disappear, I developed severe anxiety because of how painful it was. When I asked the people at the clinic whether any kind of anesthetic could be used to numb the pain, they simply said no. I would do anything to not get the treatment again - even limping around with a wart was a better option in my mind. Wanting a second opinion, I went to another podiatrist who also used the YAG Laser. He was absolutely floored that these guys performed the laser surgery with no kind of local anesthetic! In his words, doing so is 'torturous and cruel'. After having the treatment with the new doctor and using a local anesthetic, I can honestly say the difference is night and day. Sad to say I wasted money at this bucket shop and would not recommend to anybody!
