  • My wife and I walked into this store ready to purchase an iPhone 6 plus to upgrade her phone. We entered the store and waited 20 minutes and not 1 of 5 employees acknowledged us and said I will be right with you. I live 0.3 miles away from this store and I will never enter this store again. Like other reviews do yourself a favor and drive a mile down Warm Springs to go to the AT&T store on Rainbow and Robindale. You'll receive that any consumer would expect. I wish I knew the operator of this store because it's a good location but terrible service!
