  • I went to Mother's Day Brunch at QuAil Hollow this past weekend. They do it up fine. Huge shrimp tower, smoked salmon, salads of all sorts, fresh fruit, pastries, carved meats, pancakes and custom omelette as well as a whole buffet of hot foods. Mimosas and Bloody MAry's included. Service was efficient and friendly and the decor was bright and elegant. They had a musician playing varied selections on keyboards as background. It was pretty and satisfying. I would recommend them for an event as the catering would be the same. The event was well organized and flowed seamlessly. Beautiful setting out in the countryside I've never stayed at the hotel but it looked great
