| - Buying a car is never on the top of anyone's to do list. The haggling, back and forth, run around pressure of buying a car is not what I look forward to doing...until I bought a car with AutoNation Nissan Tempe.
I live out of state and I have been shopping for quite sometime. I have been to many dealerships and I would have to say this would be the FIRST enjoyable experience purchasing a car. I first started looking online and came in contact with Chris B. He was patient and responsive to my many questions, we discussed my budget and where I would like my payments to be and helped me with everything I needed. He then set me up with an appointment to view a Rouge. When I arrived, they had the car waiting and Angel was there to greet me and accompany me on a test drive. It was nice to see how great all of the sales staff worked together instead of against each other like what you might see at most dealerships. The old archaic way of selling a car. I could tell their number one priority was to take care of the customer first.
I appreciated the help from Angel getting my payment to where I needed it to be. He was extremely transparent, which I appreciated the most. There is always going to be back and forth, but he made this part easy going, friendly and comfortable. He showed me all of my financing and numbers upfront instead of here is your payment and then here is the NEW payment AFTER everything else,
Chris was still there to help during the sale, both him and Angel had extremely welcoming customer service. I appreciated that and have never seen that in a dealership. It was a breath of fresh air and shined new light on how some dealerships are changing their ways. I appreciated that.
