Horrible. That is all I can say. One worker. Packed house. Helping one customer talking about how a boy exposed his phone to parents with nudity and showed the kid how to delete the browser history. Then he said the wi-fi was out. After waiting 30 minutes. I bailed.
Walked over to Verizon and had an amazing experience. I'll save that for their review.
As I was coming back to my car I had to walk by the AT&T store again. Turns out when I looked in the window he was with the same people he was helping earlier.
Total nightmare. Now I know why, in part, I left AT&T years ago. I can't believe I was wanting to give them another shot.
By the way. Five different customers came in and walked out. If I owned that store I'd higher a new manager pronto!
