rev:text	This doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I live down the street from Thornhill pub and was really looking forward to trying it out. My husband and I arrived with another couple yesterday for dinner. From the moment we walked in the service was awful. We waited 5 minutes and finally decided to just seat ourselves. After sitting for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to bring us menus we decided to get up and look for the server. She came over dropped the menus on the table without a hello or a smile. (This should have been the first sign of a bad experience but we figured we would still try it out as the food looked good) 20 more minutes went by... no one came to ask if we wanted drinks or to take our order. We finally flagged our waitress down who came over to the table with a remote control in her hand to change the tv... still didn't even acknowledge we were there!! I simply asked her if we were going to be served and the look I got from with waitress was one of extreme annoyance. The sarcastic reply I got was "of course you will". We left. In all the years going out for dinner I have never experienced such disrespect, unprofessionalism, and just annoyance from a server. I have never been one to complain about a restaurant but I wanted to make sure that the owner or manager are aware of the kind of server they have working for them. I do not blame the restaurant for this as it was just 1 bad person that ruined my experience of eating at Thornhill pub but people like this should not be working at a restaurant if the owner plans to stay in business. I will not be trying to eat at Thornhill Pub again.
