I bought a car a couple years ago and a few days after I bought the car they called me to inform me the financing did not go through and the rate and price went up. They had to lower the price of the car to make up the difference. Then a year later I went in to buy an extended factory warranty. I've had bad experiences with extended warranties in the past so I went over a list of line items that I wanted covered and the finance salesman assured me everything I listed was covered. A while later I needed some items fixed and they were not covered. He lied to my face. When I asked to speak to the finance manager who sold me the warranty he wouldn't take my call. I traded that car in recently for a new one at a different dealership. The warranty was canceled with a prorated refund. I've put in several calls into Findlay to process my canceled warranty and no one will ever call me back. They have no problem calling you when they want your money, the sales guy from Findlay was relentless trying to sell me another car with text and phone calls one after another, even after I told him I'm not buying from Findlay again after being misled on the warranty and the finance debacle.
