Just spent over 30 minutes in the drive through "fast food" it was not busy, over then past few months they have had horrible service. Always mixing up the orders.
Just now they forgot my boys happymeal you then had us wait at window three for mcflurrys. After 10 mins they bring an order- that is hamburgers. Five mins later they come back and say they don't have the rolo toppings. So we choose another topping. Another five they are back with oreo mcflurrys- meanwhile the rest of the food is already cold. Then as I try to wipe of the spill of melted ice cream on the container they come back out with the two original rolo mcflurrys - melted. This place needs serious quality control and customer service. It doesnt matter if it's fast food or fine dining, take some pride in your work. And at least be polite - especially when you are at fault.
