  • I'm solely rating this one star due to the fact that there isn't an option for a zero star rating. I scheduled to be seen today via their online portal site to secure my spot for 3:25pm. I received a conformation via text message half an hour prior to this set time that this time slot was secured. I arrived at 3:15pm (10 minutes prior to the time slot to fill out patient forms) only to be informed that there was a 2.5 hour wait and all of the rooms were occupied. I asked the receptionist whom stated she was in charge of managing the scheduling process why wasn't I informed of this prior to my arrival, only for her to respond with "she doesn't know". I advised her that it would've been courteous had I been informed of the wait time in advance so I wouldn't of had to waste my time OR gas driving down there. The service was extremely unprofessional and lacked empathy for their patients. I walked out of the site extremely upset for being delivered false information from the jump. I don't recommend this facility to anyone and will NEVER be returning here for urgent care services.
