  • This place is a joke. Anthony Garcia was the person who helped me but didn't help me at all. I went in a month ago and my card had changed and I forgot to change it. They helped me out and supposively took my bank account info so this wouldn't happen again. I go in tonight and they said I had a balance and fees since my payment didn't go through. I was really upset and let Anthony take care of other customers which took about 20 mins because he apparently wasn't trained enough or just not tech savvy and had to call another store to help him. So then it came to me and he refused to help me. Wouldn't let me tan because I refused to pay a balance I didn't owe since I gave all my information previously so this wouldn't happen again. I left so angry and disgusted. I'm cancelling my membership and I really hope to never see Anthony Garcia ever again.
