  • Well, it looks like Roy is famous here. We had a backed up main sewer line. I called and they said no extra charge for Saturday service which is a good start. They were able to come out within about an hour and a half of my call and Roy called before coming out to say he was on his way. The sewer clog was extremely stubborn. Roy worked at and worked at it. He was determined to unclog it without going to more expensive solutions. We started talking about potential worse-case scenarios after about two hours of him working on the clog. And then viola, with his determination and the use of a larger machine he got the clog cleared and it is flowing like it never did before. I think Roy was just as happy as I was; It is clear that he cared about the customer and not over-charging or recommending unnecessary solutions; The cost was very reasonable. I was very pleased with Roy and Number One Plumbing!
