Had issues with Fidelity National Home Warranty refusing to send out covered parts and lying about where the issue was. This is no reflection on 4 AC. Bob was on time, courteous and professional. I put in the ticket Sunday July 3rd and they were out on the 5th. He correctly diagnosed the issue on the first visit. We needed a new compressor. As soon as he received it, he was out the next day and installed it. I'm very happy with the service. There were uncovered charges the warranty company wouldn't cover and Bob explained what he was doing the entire time. 4 AC is welcome back to work on my systems at any time.
