This is an excellent facility. The doctors and nurses are wonderful, prompt and respectful. I have been bringibg my children here since they opened. It is a blessing to have evening and weekend urgent care available.
This is an urgent care, that means just because you signed in first dies not mean your child will be seen first. The service is great, PHX Children's hospital has an excellent reputation. It makes me sad to read negative reviews, as a parent it is your responsibility to understand how your insurance works, Children's hospital is expensive. I have insurance and I still pay a copay and get a bill from the facility and the doctor. You get what you pay for!
The doctors and nurses are pediatric trained. We have always had excellent care. In terms of choosing a medical provider, I recommend this facility and its staff for any pediatric urgent care needs. I also recommend calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card and asking if PHX Children's is in your network. I also recommend if your child has a cough, cover their mouth and have your child wear the masks provided at the front door. If your child is vomiting or having diarrhea, use common sense and bring a bucket and towel. Don't expose everyone in the waiting room and staff to your nasty germs.
Stellar staff, excellent physicians and fast efficient care. This is an clean urgent care. New building and large clean exam rooms. Child friendly color scheme. TV in the waiting room.
