  • My group and I came in to do something different for a double date. We arrived a few minutes before opening but the door was propped open and there were multiple cages being utilized when we walked in. We stood at the front counter looking at prices for at least five minutes. There was an older man, behind the counter, glued to TV. I exchanged eye contact with him multiple times and he never said a word or acknowledged us. We were never greeted in the time we were there and decided to check out another batting cage. I wish I had a fraction of the customer service that the other yelp reviewers claimed to have had. My boyfriend will be sure to never recommend this place to any of his baseball or softball teammates.
