In-store experience was good - staff seemed friendly and the furniture is reasonably priced. My issues started once Ashley Furniture delivered the wrong table. My sales rep had inadvertently ordered another piece I had been eyeing which was an honest mistake. HOWEVER I had to call 5 times over 2 days in order to have them replace the table with the correct one. Not one person returned my call to followup (I had to reach out to them over and over again) and no one apologized for the store's mistake. The manager himself was aware of my situation but was "too busy" when I requested to speak with him and did not followup with me at any point. A cheap table is not worth the hassle of working with these guys. Extremely poor post-sale customer service.
