  • used this firm on two occasions. They did what i paid them to do,deal with the court,get both reduced to illegal parking ,zero points and no traffic school. I would have liked to have seen a reduction in one or both fines as i explained both circumstances to them,but im sure they just fire through a zillion cases in every session so they are not 5 star...but they did do what i paid them to do...the process is very easy and seamless...good communication...only thing i could have hoped for in addition was a reduction in fines...I would recommend this firm so you dont have to deal with the court bs... Follow up..you know I thought this over and I really like their response to this review..and I understand it..I really like this communication..a lost service in today's world..I have amended the review to 5 star..happy new year !
