  • Visited Toronto recently and had to stop at Suliko - my husband is from the Rep. of Georgia and was missing food from home. When you order they bring bread (meh) and three sauces - red adjika (spicy), red satsibello, and green tkremali. Classic sauces all done right. The classic food is khinkali and khachipuri - dumplings and cheese bread. Both were delicious. Dumplings had the right amount of meat & juice. Don't forget the wine when you go - Georgia has been making it longer than the Italians. The restaurant has a good selection. Come here for a traditional Georgian meal, delicious food and the friendliest wait staff I've ever encountered.
