  • This place has a great location in Old Town Chandler - walking distance from our hotel. Patio seating, open air, and looks nice at first glance. The servers are friendly and prompt; they checked on us frequently which is the reason I gave them a 2. BUT-They have a serious cleanliness problem and serve wilted lettuce with black spots as well as avocado that had black streaks in it or was quite brown. The salt and pepper shakers were filthy. The patio table had dried food hanging from the grated top and when wiped with a napkin it turned black with grime. My beverage glass rim was absolutely filthy as well - sticky and dried black stuff stuck on it. The small plates given us had stuff stuck on them. The tableware, thankfully, was clean and the food plates appeared to be as well. They quickly replaced the ice tea in a clean glass, but my salad had wilted black spotted lettuce in it and my sandwich had avocado I would have thrown out. Husband said the chili was good and so was his Rueben sandwich. So, if you go, get items that at thoroughly cooked. Fresh is not their forte. And inspect all of your plates and utensils carefully.
