  • I called North Valley Mechanical because I was have problems with our master bedroom being hotter in the summer time and cooler in the Winter time than rest of the house. They gave me a two hour window. Tracy the Technician called me when he was 15 minutes out to let me know he was be at my house shortly. Once he checked everything out we gave me three options that would fix my problem. He also went and checked my A/C unit out to make sure if it needed any servicing. Thanks you Tracy and North Valley Mechanical for all your help. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.
