  • Dr. Thomas Gonzales may be friendly enough, however the pure GREED at this location is unreal!!! My mother is elderly and flew into town to get an "All on four procedure" done a couple of years ago. This procedure replaced all of her missing teeth. A VERY costly procedure. The total was over $35,000 and we were told not a penny more. I actually wrote that in the contract, " Not To Exceed " meaning NO more money! I handle all of this stuff for my Mom. The office was so nice when promising her great service and explained they would ALWAYS accommodate people who come in from out of town. Assured us that as long as Dr. Gonzales was in business she would see him and only him. She agreed and paid ALL of the money upfront and in full for them to do the procedure. Dr. Thomas Gonzales did a fantastic job, however his follow-ups (removal of appliance and cleaning)have become VERY expensive??!! Why are they charging her?!!! I have wanted an explanation!! Why are they continuing to charge my Mom so much money or ANY money for that matter?? I left messages last week when my Mom went in to see Dr. Gonzales, as well as leaving messages this week and still NO call back!! Just so you know reader this is the service they give to a $35,000 dollar customer!! WOW!! Note- My Mom scheduled the appointment flew into town and didn't even see Dr. Gonzales after being promised she would see him. When she was there she asked about seeing Dr. Gonzales and she was just brushed off. I would NOT recommend this location and strongly recommend taking your business else where!! Please do not end up like we did ,very frustrated and taken advantage of!!
