  • It took a while to decide 5 or 4 stars. I believe not 1 company or business is perfect. I gave 5 stars because the employees need the recognition for their work. It has been a month since getting my unit and all seems to be well. Me being a sceptic. There were minor hicupps along the way and took some time due to scheduling conflicts, shipment delays and installation details. Nothing major and very pleased with the end result. I will say 5 starts to the team members who played a big role in my decision. I had 6 bids and chose Alaskan because of Robert H. (6 stars to you) Who was very professional, strong work ethic, sincere and knew his stuff! He was available to answer my question at all hours of the day. Great employee to have. Jason and Tyler did a great job with the installation on a tricky unit like mine. Chris came to assist along with Jamie. Dominique was quick to assist me whenever I needed assistance. Overall pleased.
