| - Yet again I have been misled by inaccurate yelp reviews. Anything above one star is without a doubt written by someone with either a personal connection to the business or its associates. I chose to follow the positive reviews rather than the negative ones, and ignored the rude responses to reviews made by the "customer service" agents who fail to possess understanding of the very term itself.
The employees here lack common organizational skills and the simple ability to arrange clients based on services requested. This then leaves tired clients and waiting for long periods of time while other individuals receive non-priority services before them.
This all could be avoided by purchasing more than 3 spa chairs, by warning clients upon making an appointment and notifying them that their group of 4 would not be finished at the same time, or by simply arranging clients based on services requested. That way you don't leave clients waiting when they don't have to, and when they themselves made the appointment.
Additionally, the employees are either incompetent or don't care to listen when clients make requests (such as requesting to sit in a specific chair, or next to someone). Furthermore, they aren't very familiar with nail polish, as I asked them for the "whitest white, like white out" and was directed to Marshmallow by Essie, a sheer milky white that I personally own. I opted for OPI's Alpine White myself, answering my own request.
Being from LA and usually receiving top notch service from nail salons in the area, this fumigated cubbyhole of a Las Vegas nail salon truly shocked me. From the extremely poor ventilation (my lungs deserve an apology for this treatment) to the utter incompetence of the associates and crass behavior, this place is definitely a huge mistake. As I was waiting extensively for the remainder of my group to complete their services, I opted to leave as soon as they were done. Usually people have a different list of Las Vegas mistakes, but this salon surely tops it. Spare yourselves.
