| - Back in 2000, I bought a new Oldsmobile Alero from Coulter. It was traded to another dealer in 2005 for another vehicle. I brought that vehicle in for 100k service around 2010, and boy was that a mistake. They replaced all of the spark plugs, wires, hoses, etc for quite the cost and the car began to rough idle with a cylinder misfire. They never fixed the problem. That's when the calls and mailing started. "Hey, we need you to bring in your Alero for a recall". "Hey, we need you to bring in your Grand Prix for a recall". Hey, I don't have these vehicles anymore... hey, I *never* want you guys to call, contact, mail *anything* to me *ever* again. What do they do? They ignore all of the requests and continue to call and call and mail and mail. I even contacted GM to inform them that I do not own these vehicles anymore and ask how do I get removed from the recall notices and phone calls. They responded that they did remove me from those vehicles. I am about to send Coulter a Cease and Desist letter and see if they want to ignore that as well, so I can sue them if they ever contact me again. You'd think a company would not want to keep contacting someone who never wants to do any business with them ever again, but they are just. that. bad. Stay away. Spend your money somewhere more reputable -- it shouldn't be that difficult to find anything better than Coulter. Don't waste your valuable time or money with them!
