I am working on my virtue of patience. I have been waiting. Honestly, mostly for football season to start. But then I am reminded of the acrid taste still left by my experience with Keffer. Thanks for the bombardment of commercials that remind me of what a 'Family' is NOT.
I had a nightmare of an experience. At one point I just wanted my check back. Yes that bad. How do you fumble delivery of a sold car? Some things are unimaginable; until you go there or if you've seen Mark Sanchez's infamous play. (For the football fans) .Sloppy, rushed, half measures? Start there. 28 hours to deliver to me a vehicle that needed to be detailed, maybe some gas. They pull it up after having the salesman rush to get it done. It was supposed to be delivered by 4 to my home. It's 2 five o'clock now. I'm getting a song and dance about how they wanted to do such a great job. It wasn't a great job. It was sloppy and rushed. How sloppy? The temporary tag had the wrong date. Off by not a day but the YEAR.
I get contacted by India to follow up. This is only because I reviewed on YELP. She wanted to contact me because customer satisfaction is a priority. I had to email her back to get a contact number. I'm relieved they don't give business cards. She left me a voice mail. I called HER back twice. Left 2 messages and not a word. I don't believe she really wanted to talk to me to find out what really happened. I believe she(Keffer) wanted to toss a bone to save face. As if they resolve problems. As if they have that skill. Lots of negative reviews about these people, how many got any satisfaction? I bet none. I'd bet their responses are automated. No follow up, no finish. They just keep pounding us with annoying commercials.
I can't tell enough people NOT to buy a vehicle from here.
