  • We ordered a treadmill - happy with that however the delivery people gouged and scratched our brand new hardwood floors. No kidding - they were brand new floors and the house was newly renovated and they damaged the floors. Their delivery staff was lazy and decided to drag the treadmill across the floor - the treadmill weight about 270 lbs or so and of course it gouged the floors. They thought that by putting it on a delivery blanket it would make a difference somehow. They will compensate us - but this doesn't pay for our time, effort and getting the floors refinished. They caused $1,200 damage to our brand new floors. To say I am angry is an understatement. don't buy from them - they have idiiot delivery people that will wreck your house!
