  • My dog has epilepsy anyone who has a dog with epilepsy knows the amount of planning and preparation of your own life that goes into caring for your beloved pup. My dogs neurologist recommended diamondback so we got the medicine filled a week in advance and paid for standard shipping. Well its been 7 days and the medicine is nowhere to be found. Called customer service and the nonchalant customer service rep was less than helpful after paying $180 bucks plus 8 dollar shipping i am now hoping we can get by without an ER trip. I will now be telling every vet we know and we know a ton, to start recommending another pharmacy. Since they take everything so lightly i would hate to have other dogs at risk. Since they are charging a 300% markup on shipping and could care less about your dog.
