| - I should have read Brandon's review before the fella and I trucked all the way from Fort Mill... only to find out there's hardly any seating inside. All 6-8 seats at the bar were taken, and outside seating was a no-go since it was snowing. Argh. With this kind of space, I'm surprised there's no drive-thru, but onto the food.
I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the fella got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; we split a creme brulee doughnut. I'm sure they would have been even better hot out of the oven, but they had cooled off a little after the 20 minute drive home. However, we were both pleasantly surprised since the biscuits were tasty. I didn't think they were that big (compared to Sunflour at least), but they were definitely a step up from a fast food restaurant. I also appreciated the egg options (fried or scrambled) and cheese options (pimento, cheddar, white cheddar, or American). The doughnut was solid, but nothing to write home about.
Overall, I'm glad we checked it out, and it might be easier when the one in Rivergate opens since it's closer to home, but I'm in no rush to head back.
