  • Luke has been a coach to my daughter at Cactus Shadows for Discus and Shot Put. She would not be the athlete she is today with out is dedication to the kids! She has trained with him personally and within a group and has learned so much from him! The clinics he puts on for the kids teaches them techniques they will not learn from just any coach, he has made it to the Olympic Trials for discus two times! My daughter has been approached to throw in college, which has been her goal since her freshman year and Luke helped to achieve this goal!! Even if your child does not go to Cactus Shadows I recommend seeking out Luke's help for your discus and shot put thrower.
