I ordered a book to be sent to this location. I paid for it on the day I ordered it and was emailed several times to say it would be there by a certain date. That date came and went. Still no notification so I dropped in on my way home from work one day to inquire. The cashier checked my order and told me that she didn't see my book as being available but she did know that there had been a delivery in "last few days" that hadn't been unpacked as yet so I "should be getting a notification in the next few days" Really? So you're telling me my book is probably there and I'm there but I have to come back in a few days to pick it up. The book book that I paid for almost a month ago. That's your idea of customer service? Hmm. Sure enough, three days later I was graced with an e-mail from indigo that I could come get my book. Thanks, guys. Nice knowing you.
