  • Service Department is Terrible!!!!! Purchased two vehicles here in less than two years, and had a so-so experience with the sales department. The finance guy was typical pushing GAP insurance, pushing us to his "preferred" lenders.. The real rub came with the service department. These guys pushed me to road force balance my tires for a significant cost, when I had told them I purchased the tires at Discount tire, and they knew well that Discount tire would back their product and fix the problem for free. I do not care for the overall attitude in this service department and will not bring my vehicles back. I complained about the overall poor treatment to the sales manager, who did nothing. I don't think they value their customers in the sales department and the service department is just flat terrible (the tire balance was just one example of many we experienced). I strongly recommend doing business somewhere else. Two doors down is a Lincoln dealer that can perform Ford Warranty service, and they actually treat you like a customer.
