  • This star rating on this was hard for me to decide on. Ill start off with saying that the baristas are fantastic. Every single one ive had has made my drinks perfect, has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The coffee itself is great too as well as the different foods they chose to highlight. Ill end off with saying the management is horrible. I walked in on a busy monday morning, there was only 1 barista for about 8 customers. He was working extremely hard, still made my coffee perfect. But what really really got to me was that 2 of the managers (i assume because ive seen them before) were sitting chatting and completely ignoring the fact that the barista couldve used a hand. I watched one manager walk up behind the bar, "oh hes going to start helping"... to my suprise, he went back to pour HIMSELF coffee and sat back down. Really inconsiderate and was extremely frustrating for me to watch especially because i waited 20 minutes for my drink (not the baristas fault). In the end, coffee and staff is 10/10 but the management makes me not want to come back.
