  • Ankle injury likely due to my flat platypus feet - and long story short - I wound up looking for better shoes, I chose a shoe that I liked and was about to check out and buy it - when one of the guys working pointed out that the shoe I chose was not the right choice for my foot (I had asked them earlier for brand suggestions on shoes for flat feet), and then he took the time to tell me what kind of shoe I needed to be purchase and gave an extensive explanation of how I could identify the right shoe (though they were out of stock for the kind of shoe that I would've liked), but never the less this was one of the nicest customer service experiences I had had - I will definitely be going back to these guys !
