  • I will never go here again. ZERO STARS I went in for an oil change; they said it would take about 30~45min so I decided to just wait inside the store. I noticed an hour later, my car was STILL where I parked out front so I asked one of the guys working when they will actually take my car in to get it worked on. They said within the next 10min, they will get my car in, and out of the shop in 30min. While waiting there, the guys working there were very unprofessional. I went outside to make a phone call, once I was done, one of the workers who was on his smoke break came over- the conversation was filled with so much cussing that I couldn't believe he was talking to a me (a customer) I understand he was on a break, but he still has to be professional. 2.5 HOURS later- the car comes out, the technician as to take my car out for a run because they spilled degreaser on it. While driving home (Thankfully is about a mile away) THE HOOD UNLATCHED!! They should be very happy I was not on the freeway when this happened! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM!
