The 5 star is for store manager Greg who corrected the wrong situation from Marino (1 star) ( young new mgr) the night before.
1. Never insinuate your customers did the "wrong"
2. It's beyond tacky and not to mention inappropriate to tell customers that you can't do something as it would be a HUGE LOSS FOR THE COMPANY, your a huge company and the profit loss for a few t shirts will NOT bankrupt your store.
