We had:
-duck in a can (flavor of sauce reminds me a little of collard greens however the duck was a bit tough and the skin was unappealing)
-bison tar tar (wrapped like a japanese hand roll, kind of bland and nothing special)
-beef tongue (seared, tasted like any other place that sears it)
-foie gras burger (heavy, rich and messy but tasted amazing. the foie gras was thicker than the beef patty)
We sat on the table right in front of the kitchen with the mirror. Our waitress kept checking herself out every chance she got. She did so while talking to us, taking our order and following up on the food. Caught her a few times walking by our table and doing the same thing. Quite funny actually. If you end up in that table, prepare to have no eye contact or any sincerity from the waitress.
Oh and we saw that fat dude from the Bourdain show that took him around Montreal sitting at the bar.
