If i could give zero stars I would. We have rented the same home for 4 years, taken great care of it and paid our rent every month on time. They are always behind on paperwork. We never recieve our renewal notice on time, but if we don't respond to them within 5 days, they throw bogus charges on our account.
Most recently, their leasing agent, Elizabeth neglected to notify us of a rent change until less than 30 days. Then proceeded to tell me that she told me several times over the phone the month prior and notified me by mail. It is just infuriating that someone would lie to your face like that, when we both know it isn't true. I'm sure Nicklin is great for the homeowner, but they have absolutely no interest in being fair to the tenant.
This is a horribly run company and this for me was the last straw.
