  • For me, this dealership is as good as it gets. The service department is second to none, the salesmen are friendly and about as non-high pressure as you can get in the car purchasing world. The dreaded finance manager? Not here. Kim is an absolute doll, and I honestly wish I didn't have to buy a car just to talk to her! Everyone here, from service to finance, will bend over backwards to accommodate you. I highly recommend this dealership. **Update** I just purchased a brand new 2012 TL from this dealership - the second Acura I have purchased from them. Nothing but amazing treatment, no-hassle, pressure-free. I absolutely adore every single person who works at this dealership. The finance department is amazing, my service guy is a total ten, and my salesperson and sales manager were awesome. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They REALLY go the extra mile for the customer. Anyone in the valley would be crazy to purchase an Acura anywhere else - or heck, any car anywhere else! The service departmet of Acura of Tempe is absolutely phenomenal - like, literally amazing. I wll ONLY have my vehicles serviced here and recently had several thousands of dollars worth of upgrades flawlessly implemented; my vehicle looks beautiful. My service technician always goes the extra mile for me and the work is A+ quality.
