| - Supposedly open 24 hours, but good luck if you need to talk to a live person. At 10:20 pm I used the website to book a cab the evening before to travel to the airport for a 6 a.m. flight. The website sends me an automated, "be sure to answer your phone 20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up. No problem, except... they don't call. I am sitting outside my house with three suitcases waiting, waiting. So I call them. Rings, then an automated message. "All of our phones are busy." They weren't busy at all -- there was simply no one answering the phones. At all. The time for the cab to arrive comes and goes and I call another cab company, get a human being, explain that I have to be at the airport for 6 a.m. flight, cab shows up ten minutes later, no problem.
The bottom line: Sun Devil cab later sent me an apology, saying that their website was "maliciously hacked" between 10 pm and 6:30 a.m. Yeah, right - but if they'd had a dispatcher or somebody answering the phones, they would not have lost my business.
