  • This station is an absolute abomination. Very difficult to get someone to answer the phone, even after trying five or six times over the period of an hour. The phone just rings and rings. Mail holding and mail forwarding services are unreliable, especially mail forwarding. Have had a postal delivery person stuff my mailbox until overflowing and then piled up mail at my front door even though I had a mail forwarding order/confirmation in place. Have tried FOUR times to rectify the mail forwarding situation, with no success. Simply unbelievable.
