  • 20 lounge has a great atmosphere with a modern and glamorous interior. However the service is terrible. i had a group of three (including myself), we got mani-pedi's and got waxed as well. I got my upper lip region waxed and the lady missed an entire section. One of my friend's got her eyebrows waxed, the same lady ended up burning her leaving two red burn marks on her brow bone. My other friend got her arms and arm pits waxed and the lady (same as from before) missed places on her arms and spilled hot wax all over her shirt and the chair. Instead of offering to pay for her waxing session or offering any type of relief or refund she just shrugged it off and told my friend it would come out with tide. (it did not). As for pedicures and manicures it was beyond the worst job i have ever seen. There was polish on some of my skin and the lady had failed to paint the small sections of the sides of my nails (on the thumbs ). Both of my friend's nails came out exactly the same. It was terrible quality as well. There were air bubbles that were visible on our nails and by the end of dinner that same night each of our nails had chipped in one place or another. I WILL NEVER be returning here, you'd think that a $70 visit (per person) would be good quality but not at 20 lounge. If you are thinking about going here please know you could probably do a better job yourself.
