  • If I could give it no stars I would. So my flight is cancelled and the employees don't even apologize. There is no rest area at this airport. I asked if I could test in the admiral club and they won't do that either. Never again on American. The seats in the plane were so tight we were all making sardine jokes. The staff don't seem like they are having fun either or worse that they care!
