  • I purchased a patio set from Discount Patio in Gilbert. I failed to tie down the set to the trailer I rented, and I lost one of the chairs on the 202 during my delivery. I asked the store manager Alfred if I could purchase a new one because of this accident. Alfred went to the GM Tony and told him of my experience. Tony was nice enough and resolved my issue by giving me one free of charge because he felt bad for my experience. They went well beyond expectations in customer service and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks, James C.
