I'm going to start by saying that I don't think there is a single person out there that enjoys going into any phone store, ever. I have always had awful experiences in AT&T stores. It always seems like you go in to get a new phone and come out spending 500$ more than you bargained for after taxes, fees, etc. I have literally left a store before with our representative saying he needed a strong drink because of all of the headaches.
However, I went to this store this past Friday, and I have to say: it wasn't as painful as it usually is. We were helped by Amy, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She was so easy to talk to and made the phone buying experience a little less awful.
Like I said, I don't think anyone is ever happy about this experience, but this store seemed to have it together a little more than the others that I have visited.
